1. General Terms & Conditions

Tku9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between tku9 and the user ("you" or "Member").

By accessing tku9's website or app, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using tku9.

• These Terms apply to all users, both registered and unregistered.
• Tku9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Changes to the terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on tku9, you must provide accurate and complete information. tku9 reserves the right to close any account created using false or misleading details, at any time.

• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with another person.
• KYC verification may be required after registration.

Tku9 complies with international anti-money laundering policies. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals and transactions above a specified amount. A copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license may be required.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on tku9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 50 (fifty).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• There are no processing fees on deposits.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and will be returned.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 300 (three hundred).
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by account tier.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

4. Betting Rules

All betting activity on tku9 is governed by the rules set out below. We recommend reading the specific rules for the relevant sport or event before placing a bet.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum bet amount is BDT 10 (ten) and the maximum limit varies by event and market.
• Odds in live betting change continuously; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Tku9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• A match will be considered abandoned if less than 50% of the overs have been completed.
• Results determined by the DLS method are considered official and valid.
• The Super Over result determines the winner of the main match.

• Bets will be voided if 90 minutes are not completed, unless a specific market states otherwise.
• Bets on extra time and penalty shootouts must be placed in separate markets.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tku9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions, and failure to meet those conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement, typically 5–30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on designated events.
• Claiming a promotion more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn immediately upon receipt; wagering requirements must be completed first.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tku9 to ensure platform security and fairness. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual (multi-accounting).
• Bonus abuse or placing artificial bets to exploit bonus offers.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Spreading false information or engaging in fraudulent activity in the name of tku9.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information will not be shared with authorities except where legally required.
• Payment information is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tku9 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited under certain circumstances.

• Tku9 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• The user bears full responsibility for any losses resulting from sharing their account credentials.
• Tku9's total liability will never exceed the value of the transaction in question.
• Tku9 shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics).

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Either tku9 or the user may close an account. However, a defined process must be followed prior to closure.

• You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team.
• All betting conditions must be met before an account can be closed.
• Any remaining balance may be withdrawn.

• Violations of the terms may result in account closure without prior notice.
• If fraud or deception is proven, any deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Inactive accounts (over 18 months) may be closed after an inactivity fee is deducted.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between tku9 and a Member will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If no direct resolution is reached, the process outlined below will be followed.

• Step 1: Submit a complaint to the support team. Responses are typically provided within 72 hours.
• Step 2: Escalation to Senior Management.
• Step 3: Mediation through a neutral third party.
• In all disputes, the legal jurisdiction of tku9's registered authority applies.
